Languages If English is not your
first language, and you have difficulty in understanding the information about
your review, we can send you copies of the most important documents in your own
language.You can also use our packages and services just call us for more details.
If you are unhappy
with the Inspector's decision, we can also arrange for our Customer Service
Team to reply to your enquiry or complaint in the same language.
The translation of letters into languages other than English will
mean that your application will take longer to deal with than our published
review service standards.
