In the meantime please be aware that Income Related Employment and Support Allowance is a qualifying benefit for Budgeting Loans. This is in addition to the passported benefits for Budgeting Loans as set out in our document. The other change is the way in which the budget for loans is managed. Since our document was written the budget has moved to being managed on a national basis. The national baseline figures for maximum loan amounts set by the Secretary of State must be followed at all times.
